From the 405 frwy: exit Seal Beach Blvd. Go south towards the beach. Make a right on Pacific Coast Highway. Go past Main Street. Make a Left at 5th Street (at the Arco gas station). Make an immediate left into the first driveway. We are on the left hand side on the second story at the top of the stairs.
