The cardiovascular room is available to all current clients 24 hours a day - 7 days a week (special access code required). No long waits for your favorite cardio machine. We have 7 pieces of cardio equipment for your aerobic exercise. Pass the time with DirecTV, Sirius Satellite Radio, and recent magazines.
The weight training room may only be used while working out with your trainer. We have state of the art equipment to make your workouts there best.
